Situated in a quiet sideroad in central location of Playa de Palma, the nearby beach as well as the famous party zone of this well-known area can be reached within a walk of few minutes. 


Near to Palma you have good access to the motorway and best bus connection to the city. 


This is the perfect house for families and groups, who like to have short distances to the beach and share the party life of Playa de Palma and are looking for a quiet and comfortable vacation home nearby.

And yet the street is very quiet and you can't hear any noise at all, especially in the back garden. The house is very well maintained, modernly equipped and clean. The rooms are all spacious, the beds are very comfortable and big enough. There is also plenty of storage space. The kitchen is brand new and equipped with everything you need. The garden is beautifully laid out and the above-ground pool offers a refreshing alternative to the Mediterranean sea. Many sun loungers and a lounge invite you to chill out. There is also a brick-built charcoal barbecue and a large garden table for everyone in the outdoor area. All in all, a really great town villa in the centre of Arenal! Highly recommended - we will definitely be back."
