This vacation home on two levels with approx. 145 m2 of living space for 6 people is perfectly located between the beautiful beach of Cala LLombards and the well-known and romantic bay of Caló des Moro.
From the beautiful terrace with views of the pool and the well-kept garden, you enter the first floor, where there is a well-equipped open kitchen with dining area. A cozy living room with fireplace and satellite TV invites you to linger. To the left is a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a beautiful modern bathroom with shower.
A staircase, under which is the closed utility room with washing machine, leads to the upper floor, where there are two further spacious bedrooms, one with two single beds (80 x 190 cm each) and the master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm). There is a further spacious bathroom with plenty of natural light. The hallway leads to the beautiful outdoor terrace on the upper floor with views of the neighboring properties and the beautiful green surroundings of the small beach town of Cala LLombards.
The beautiful beach of Cala LLombards and a small local supermarket can be reached on foot within 15 minutes - the perfect vacation home for a beautiful beach vacation by the sea!

Villa Max is located in the cosy little beach house urbanization of Cala Llombards in a quiet side street that leads into a cul-de-sac. The beautiful beach of Cala Llombards is only a 15-minute walk away, and a small supermarket in the center is also approx. 750 m away. The trendy Santanyi with its well-known and very nice weekly market and many small chic stores and restaurants is close by, approx. 10 minutes away by car. The beautiful coastal town of Cala Figuera with its picturesque harbor and its many lovely little cafés and restaurants can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car. A vacation destination for connoisseurs who want to experience Mallorcan life at its best.

A pet (dog) is allowed after consultation with an additional cost of 50 Euros. In this case, the deposit increases to 700 Euros.
Long-term rental in winter: 1600 Euro/month plus consumption costs. Minimum rental period: 2 months.
