The villa offers 235 m2 living space for 12 persons, including 6 dormitories, each one of them equipped with air-condition, TV and a bathroom en suite.
On the ground floor are four dormitories, one of them is a family room with a second room with a bunk bed - perfect for families with small children.
From the spacious dining and living room with a well equipped kitchen as well as from two of the dormitories you have direct access to the impressive pool area with relaxation zones and an outside shower. Swimming in the saltwater overflow pool you get the impression to reach out to the sea - enjoy this first class vacation pleasure!
In the basement are two dormitories with double bed as well as a nice terrace with sea views.
A sauna facility in the back area of the villa and an additional barbecue terrace and exterior kitchen welcomes you and your friends or family for cosy evenings in intimate atmosphere. The second saltwaterpool in the interior zone can either be cooled or heated for a perfect luxury feeling at every time of the year.

Booking periods:
October - April: at least 7 nights.
May - September: at least 10 nights.
Tourist tax and Final cleaning is included.
For 10 persons we offer 5 dormitories. For 11-12 Personen we offer 6 dormitories with an additional fee of 100 €/day.
A security deposit of 1000 € will be reimbursed in between 7 days after departure.
Between November and March has to be paid an additional cost for heating of 250 €/period.
Optional services:
- Changeover of towels, sheets: 300 €
- Changeover of towels, sheets and cleaning of the house: 600 €.
- Babyset (bed/chair/dishes): 100 €/period
- Sauna: 200 €/period.
- SUP-Board (2 available) : 200 € each one/period + deposit 100 € each one. (Transport and storage at the beach is possible).
- *Additional salt water pool in the courtyard: included in the period of June-September. Optional cooling: 300 €/period.
