Two floors with 230 m2 of living space, each fully equipped with kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom, can be perfectly used for a big family or travel groups who value personal retreats.

On the ground floor is the open-plan, modern kitchen with dining area and adjoining living area with TV and a small desk area. From here you have access to two bedrooms, the beautiful and spacious outdoor terrace with utility room, access to the pool and a beautiful garden. The smaller of the two bedrooms is furnished with a Queensize double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m), the larger with a Kingsize double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a beautiful bathroom with en-suite shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor with another bathroom with shower at the top of the stairs and access to the upper living area.

The upper living area has a romantic bedroom with a Kingsize double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bathroom ensuite, shower and WC. On the other side is another bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). A cosy and well-equipped second kitchen leads into the comfortable living area with access to the upper terrace from where you have a wonderful view of the pool and garden and can enjoy wonderful sunsets.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and the bedrooms also have ceiling fans.

The house is centrally located on a main road with little traffic that leads to the village of Cas Concos. At the rear of the house you can hear nothing from the road. There is a kindergarten next to the house, which is attended from September to mid-June, which is why the small neighbouring car park is briefly occupied at 9 am and in the afternoon between 2 and 4 pm as parents pick up their children.
